2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. If you are younger, you may only use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe our jewelry as accurately as we can, including materials, plating, dimensions and finish. Please note:
Colour. Screens render colour differently. Gold, rose gold and silver tones may appear slightly warmer or cooler in person than on your display.
Handling marks. Plated and polished metal can show fine surface lines; these are normal, not defects.
Dimensions. Sizes are approximate, with a tolerance of a few millimetres. Bracelet sizes and chain lengths are stated on each product page.
Availability. All items are subject to stock. We may limit quantities per order.
We may correct errors in descriptions, images or pricing, and may update product information at any time.
4. Prices, taxes and currency
Prices are shown in US dollars unless another currency is selected at checkout. Prices exclude shipping and, for international orders, import duties and taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order we have already accepted.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. Before then, we may refuse or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, if we suspect fraud, or if the order appears to be for resale.
If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processors. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use that method. If a payment is reversed or declined after dispatch, we may suspend the order and recover the goods or their value.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery times, rates and risk are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve it as described in the Shipping Policy.
8. Promotions and discount codes
One code per order unless stated otherwise; codes cannot be combined with other offers.
Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed order.
We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time, and may cancel orders that abuse it (for example multiple accounts used to reuse a one-time code).
Where a discount brings an order below a free-shipping threshold, standard shipping charges apply.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — product photography, text, designs, logos and page layouts — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, design and trademark law. Several of our jewelry designs, including the Heart & Butterfly Rose Pendant, are protected by US design patents.
You may view, download and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use our content or designs commercially without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these terms;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or other users' accounts;
introduce malware, scrape the site at volume, or interfere with its normal operation;
impersonate another person, or provide false contact or payment information;
resell our products as an authorised reseller without a wholesale agreement.
11. User content
If you send us a review, photo, message or social media tag, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to promote our products, with the right to edit for length and format. You confirm you own the content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.
12. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites, such as carrier tracking pages or social platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
